At Kinetic Ninja Warrior, we believe everyone can become stronger, more confident, and more resilient by learning to overcome obstacles. Our Bel Air facility combines the excitement of ninja warrior training with age-appropriate instruction, fitness, tumbling, and a supportive community.
Whether you're trying ninja for the first time or preparing for competition, our coaches help you safely build skills while having fun. Our programs serve toddlers, children, teens, adults, and experienced competitive athletes.

In 2006, Scott and Paula Morrison opened Kinetic Youth Academy (KYA), a children's fitness school in Joppa, Maryland. Scott and Paula brought years of experience in athletics and gymnastics to the business. This facility was mainly geared towards youth movement and tumbling programs.

While operating KYA, Scott became involved with ninja warrior training and was invited to tryout for American Ninja Warrior. In 2016, the business expanded to a larger facility in Bel Air and Kinetic Ninja Warrior was opened, adding a ninja warrior section, and expanding programs through to the adult level.

Today, KNW continues to combine the Morrisons' background in youth fitness and gymnastics with the ever advancing sport of ninja warrior and obstacle-course training. Our gym is constantly expanding and improving with new obstacles and challenges added every week!
Never been to KNW? Check out this video to get a view of our entire 6,000 square foot facility. Our obstacle setup is constantly changing and expanding every single week!
Our facility is divided into a 3,000 square foot main gym, a 1,500 square foot youth gym, and a large lobby space designed to give parents a view of all areas on either side.

Show up in comfortable clothes for moving and either wear shoes (recommended for ninja programs) or go barefoot. We do not allow anyone to wear just socks as it’s too slippery on our mats. We recommend bringing a water bottle, but we also have water fountains available if you don’t have a bottle or need to refill.

Yes! Our classes are specifically designed to meet the needs of all athletes, with flexible coaches and activities to challenge all ability levels. You don't need to already be strong or athletic to start ninja, the goal is to learn, improve, and progress from wherever you are.

Safety is at the heart of everything we do at Kinetic Ninja Warrior. Our coaches provide active supervision and teach athletes to use age-appropriate obstacles safely, with skills introduced through proper progressions and warm-ups. We regularly inspect and maintain our equipment, reinforce gym rules and safe practices, and have procedures in place to respond if an athlete is injured.
